What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
I find that stretching improves how my body and mind feels especially after a long week of work.In my case a crazy weekend of dealing with a sister of mine who is so toxic that stretching seems to help to release any tension headaches I get from her.I love her dearly but good grief because I am autistic, she almost caused me to have a autism meltdown.So stretching always seems to help aid in difficult situations I deal with.
